Demo and More LLCDEMO AND MORE LLC · OHIO

Privacy Policy

Effective October 2, 2026

This policy describes how Demo and More LLC handles information through demoandmorellc.org and its private QuickBooks integration, Demo and More Website.

Information we collect

When you request an estimate, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, project location, service, and project details you provide. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information in the request form.

Hosting and authentication providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, cookies, and request logs. Our request limiter stores a hash of your IP address in temporary rate-limit records.

The private integration receives the authorized account identity, QuickBooks company identifier, connection tokens, and customer and service-item information, company addresses, and tax preferences needed to prepare estimates or invoices. Saved drafts include customer details, line items, prices, dates, tax selections, sales-origin and job addresses, and QuickBooks record identifiers.

How we use information

We use project requests to contact you, discuss scope and scheduling, prepare reviewed estimates, and manage agreed work. A website request does not itself approve a price, confirm a start date, create a QuickBooks invoice, or charge you.

Only the designated company owner can access the private connection and draft controls. Accounting records are created only after the owner reviews and approves a draft. The sandbox workspace can create reviewed test records. A separately configured and authorized production connection can read live company, customer, product, and tax-setting information and save drafts privately on this website. Saving a live draft does not create a record in QuickBooks. When the owner explicitly approves a reviewed live draft, the integration can create its customer if needed and its estimate or invoice in QuickBooks. Saving a draft alone does not create a QuickBooks record. The owner can separately review a confirmed live estimate or invoice and explicitly approve sending it through QuickBooks to the saved customer email. Sending status and the recipient are recorded privately; provider confirmation of sending does not prove inbox delivery. On a live invoice, the owner may explicitly select credit-card or bank-transfer payment options for QuickBooks to handle. This website does not collect payment credentials or charge customers. Test and live connection credentials are stored separately.

Service providers and third-party pages

The website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and storage, OpenAI/ChatGPT for owner sign-in, Resend to deliver inquiry notifications, and our business email provider to receive and manage correspondence. Authorized accounting operations use Intuit QuickBooks. The appointment page embeds Google Calendar appointment scheduling; appointment information and its cookies are handled by Google under its own policies. Booking details are shared with the selected appointment hosts so they can manage your consultation. Links to Google reviews, social media, and other external websites are governed by those services’ policies.

Information is shared with these providers as needed to perform those functions. This website does not sell submitted request data or use it to build advertising profiles. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect rights and investigate misuse.

Cookies, security, and retention

Owner sign-in and QuickBooks authorization use cookies to maintain access and verify connection requests. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent those features from working. Embedded third-party services may set their own cookies.

Connections use HTTPS. QuickBooks tokens are encrypted in server-side storage and are not displayed to website visitors. Customer requests and drafts are stored in the private workspace. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Project requests and saved drafts currently have no automatic deletion schedule. The owner can remove requests from the list and discard unsubmitted drafts. Email copies, created QuickBooks records, and provider logs are separate records. Temporary authorization requests expire after ten minutes, and expired rate-limit records are removed as the request service runs.

Your requests and disconnecting QuickBooks

Contact us to ask about access, corrections, or deletion of information you provided. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for ongoing work, accounting, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. Removing a website request does not remove its email copy or a separate QuickBooks record.

The owner can disconnect QuickBooks through connection settings. When Intuit confirms revocation, the website removes its stored connection tokens. Disconnecting does not delete records already created in QuickBooks or saved website drafts.
