Website Terms & End-User License Agreement

Effective October 2, 2026

These terms cover the Demo and More LLC website and its private QuickBooks integration, Demo and More Website. Separate written estimates, accepted contracts, and applicable law govern the work we perform for customers.

Website requests and project agreements

You may use this website to learn about our services and submit accurate project inquiries. Submitting a request does not confirm availability, approve a price, guarantee a start date, or authorize a payment. Scope, scheduling, payment terms, and any travel charges must be agreed through the applicable written estimate or project agreement.

Do not use the request form to send unsolicited advertising, harmful content, credentials, or sensitive financial information. Do not attempt to bypass security or access another person’s information.

License for the private integration

Demo and More LLC grants its designated, authorized business account a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the private integration for the company’s own accounting workflow. This permission does not grant ownership of the website or integration, authorize resale or distribution, or permit access to another company’s QuickBooks records.

The private controls are restricted to the designated owner account. Keep sign-in credentials and connection secrets confidential. Demo and More LLC may suspend this permission if access is no longer authorized or the service is misused.

Review and approval of accounting records

The owner is responsible for checking customer identity, scope, items, quantities, prices, dates, tax treatment, and payment terms before approving an estimate or invoice. Customer messages are project information, not authority to create accounting records or set prices.

The sales workspace uses a QuickBooks test company. Test records are not real customer bills. A separately configured production connection reads company, customer, catalog, and tax settings and saves website drafts. The owner can explicitly approve a reviewed draft to create a live estimate or invoice and, if needed, a new customer in QuickBooks. Live draft subtotals exclude tax and must be reviewed with the final QuickBooks tax calculation before any document is sent. A separate owner review and approval is required to email a confirmed live estimate or invoice through QuickBooks. The owner must check the document, recipient, and configured QuickBooks email template before sending. The website does not collect card or bank details or process payments. Production access requires an authorized company connection. The owner may select card or bank-transfer options on a live invoice when QuickBooks reports the company as payment-enabled. QuickBooks handles customer payments; creating an invoice does not charge the customer. Creating or saving a document does not send an email. Uncertain send attempts are retained for status checks and are not automatically retried.

If a create request has an uncertain outcome, check the saved reference in QuickBooks before preparing another document. A duplicate can otherwise create a second accounting record. Review the final record and any tax calculation in QuickBooks.

Intuit and other service providers

You must have the rights and permissions required to connect the relevant QuickBooks company. Your use of QuickBooks is also governed by Intuit’s terms and policies. This integration is operated by Demo and More LLC and is not an Intuit product or an endorsement by Intuit.

Hosting, sign-in, email delivery, scheduling, and accounting depend on third-party services. Availability can be interrupted, and information shown on the website may require correction. Contact us when you notice an error. These terms do not override rights or obligations under applicable law or a separately accepted project agreement.

Disconnecting and ending access

The owner can request disconnection from QuickBooks connection settings or revoke access through Intuit. On confirmed revocation, stored connection credentials are removed from this website. Ending the connection does not remove previously created QuickBooks records, email correspondence, or separately saved drafts.
